A glimpse

My name is Karen Seijas; I have lived in Puntacana Village with my family for 19 years and fell in love with the dynamic and exciting real estate business 18 years ago. It has allowed me to meet many wonderful people from all nationalities, and clients, who have later become friends, find their home and guide them through the entire process from the initial search to ultimately settling in.

The communities of Puntacana Resort & Club and Puntacana Village are my areas of expertise; The developers ( Grupo Puntacana) have invested time, effort, and resources in ensuring these are safe, prosperous, and organized communities, and have implemented multiple social and environmental programs. Living here has allowed me to witness sustained growth and envision a promising future.

Leading a healthy lifestyle is a top priority, for longevity, and staying focused and energized during the day. I enjoy playing tennis, golf, weightlifting, art, reading, traveling, and connecting with nature.
